Just pondering as to what subject to write my blog on today, windows open, nice warm semi-summer breeze, a few birds and the noise of my neighbour cleaning his yellow Lupo listening to drum and bass. This is no ordinary Yellow Lupo, oh no, Sub, amp, tinted windows, alloys, body kit, dice the whole lot. It begs the question why do some motorists pay so much attention to their cars? The big chrome exhaust that sounds like a fart in a bottle, music blaring over taking and generally sitting on your back bumper to see if u want to race them.
I have to confess my first car was a little 1.1ltr Peugeot 206 did look quite mean for a girls car, but I grew out of it, so why do so many petrol heads not? With influences from films such as 'Italian Job' and 'The fast the furious' its no wonder there are so many teen driving deaths. Glorification of getting points and writing off cars is part of modern society. I don't think it will ever stop as youngsters strive to go faster and attempt more dangerous stunts.
I have put two pictures up so you can have a good laugh, one is my boyfriends old car and the other my old car thankfully we both opt for more mature cars now adays.
