I believe that the severity of the crimes rape and murder overlap, and in most cases rape is as bad as murder especially the rape of a minor. I do not however believe the rape of a prostitute is as severe unless it is a particularly violent attack as they have no moral relations with their sexual inhibitions.
Personally if I had to chose between being raped or murdered I would be murdered as I don't think I could live with being a rape victim.
I do not believe that the seriousness of this crime warrants it being in a module entitled 'being bad'! 'Being Evil' is more fitting.
